OTAGO WINE PEOPLE - NADINE CROSS - WINE MAKER

Winemaker Nadine Cross began her career as an accountant but soon saw there was more to life than figures. She trained in viticulture and oenology at Lincoln University and has worked in California, France and in New Zealand with the last 9 years working at Wither Hills in Marlborough.

In 2010 she returned to her roots in Otago, where she was raised on a sheep farm, to head the winemaking team at Peregrine in the Gibbston Valley.
